There's just something so very, very wrong about a naked man wearing socks and shoes. The fact that they guy was GOING to visit his mother is somewhat better than if he'd just RETURNED from visiting his mother, but it could be just as bad either way.
So, did he get pulled over because he was naked? Is it illegal to drive naked? Inquiring minds want to know...
