How cool is that? He bought that for me 'cuz he's cool and I'm totally hot for Boba Fett (as you may have discerned from my last post).
I do have a complaint about the product itself, though.
It's one of those fucking Transformer thingys - you can see the seams if you look closely enough - and it just sucks. It sucks as a concept (I mean who fucking thinks that an awkward, robot looking Boba Fett is cool? Cars into nameless robots? Cool. But this is as jerky an idea as the one in Big
where the bloke had the buildings-turning-into-robots pitch that Tom Hanks said sucked ass. Remember?) and it sucks as a toy, too. It's loose as all fuck so that when it's in ship form you can't touch it or it will begin to unhinge. I mean, piss it, do it right or don't bother!
It does LOOK great though (just don't fucking touch it!) and it comes with a teensy weensy wee Boba Fett. Isn't he cute?

The first thing I thought of when I read the title of this post was an opening scene of a Simpson's episode, where Bart is in the audience of a school concert in which Lisa was playing.
"WOW," Bart said. "Who knew something could suck AND blow at the same time!!"
To this day, I use that phrase in everyday conversation.
Congratulations on the half-decade mark. Husband and I are coming up on #10 this year, and we still haven't figured out a proper way to celebrate. I say "Bermuda, without the kids, and lots of sex." I'm waiting to see if he books the trip...
